QT was used at the Cattleman's Casino, but it's in Kalispell, not Missoula. That particular game is closed, but Cattleman's has had various other games from time to time, most recently the Cowboy Card Room, which opened in 2007, used generic chips and is now closed.

The BC's are indeed from the Trails Inn Bar in Missoula, but the game is long gone.
