In Arizona, the gaming pact has a requirement for a back-up set of the higher denomination chips; at least $100's and above. Perhaps the $25's also, but I am not sure. I believe that the Desert Diamond handled this with a second set of Paul-Son chips, but that is simply conjecture. For all I know, it was satisfied by the previous Chipco rack, but I don't think that went to the $500.
So..... Perhaps they ordered two Chipco racks this time and will be destroying two Paul-Son racks, the back-ups of which have not been seen, let alone collected!
