Value
I purchased one based on the values in the price guides. Then I found a coin dealer in California selling these for $3 each attributing them to Canada. I did some research and was able to verify that they are from Canada. I then notified the authors of The Chip Guide and posted my findings on The ChipBoard. As a Canadian chip, they area probably worth no more than $10 each. There is still the prospect that they are some how connected to Las Vegas casino, perhaps ordered and rejected or whatever. But the chips were definitely used in Canada. Because of the possibility that they might have been used in Las Vegas before Canada, some collectors might be willing to pay more. But they are definitely not worth the values published in the latest price guides.
