It is for a $1 chip from a Silver Slipper casino. It was originally thought to be from Las Vegas, but has been since proven to be a Canadian chip. This is the email I sent to the seller:

"It now has been proven that this chip is not from Las Vegas, but was used in Canada at an annual festival in Edmonton. Authors of both Nevada chip guides, The Official Guide and The Chip Rack have agreed to remove the chip from their next edition.
