The ultimate in USPS idiocy!
I called the USPS customer service dept last week about the fact that the counter person wanted to overcharge me again. After almost a year of battling them I finally got the most ridiculous answer ever. They have told me that instead of charging me the correct rate for any package I ship they will only charge me for whatever rate I say!! When I asked how that helps everyone else that is being overcharged they said that I was the only one who ever complained. WELL YEAH! If your own employees can't even figure out the correct rate how do you expect the customer to know??? The ultimate idiocy at your favorite government office.
