I won this auction.. a beautiful Jack Dempsy matchbook. I'm sure it is worth more than the $1.99 I got it for. I bought it Nov 16th. Today I get this note with a reason (excuse) for not sending it to me and refunding my money. Has this happened to anyone else before? It's really no big deal, she may very well have lost it or more than likely found out it was worth more than 2 bucks and is backing out with a lame excuse. Just wondering if this is a common practice among some auctions you guys may have thught you won.
