First part of the contest was to guess how many packages in the picture

The winner is.....Andy Hughes and his guess of 44 packages.......The total amount was 46.

Second part of the contest was to guess how many chips would come out of those packages.....The winner is Rodney Anderson and his guess of 120 chips....the total was 121!!
