I totally agree with what you said. On the same token, I very strongly doubt that Phyllis herself will post her address. Perhaps not only to make it seem like she is looking for a handout or that she thinks she is deserving.
She might also want to protect her privacy. So rather than you or anyone else posting her address, maybe you would like to act as the middleman. Let us send the chips to you and you can forward them sometime down the road.
