they will tell you, Vegas is dead for 5-10 years. Deflation is not a good thing when you need to borrow and then bank (gamble) on appreciation and continued increasing revenues to repay your obligations.

Perhaps they are overly pessimistic? Perhaps some might be more optimistic? As usual, only time will tell.......Ladies and Gentlemen....Place your bets!
