I've made a not of the numbers, and I'll try them later. I already got through using the phone number Debby & Ron posted, and all I needed was some patience, not a PIN. They did ask for my home phone number, but I gave them one that wasn't on file and I got through anyway. Now I need to get back to my account and start setting things up again.
