If I had never cleaned my '66 AMC Marlin that I got in '85 just how dirty would it be now?!/then there's the toilet seat-clean or replace,whatever trips your trigger.The door knob/lock?-how trusting are you of the previous tennant?--replace it--$15.(I wish my car was a '68 Stingray,then there would be no choice-clean it!)//Ron out-LOL!
