Yes. The markings on a chip are part of its history. We don't clean the oxidation off the Statue of Liberty, we don't sand down the Weathervanes, and we don't sand down the nicks in a baseball bat. I am not saying it as a matter of making the chips worth more or less, just that those black marks, well, they are from being handled from people who's backround we are not familiar with.
Again, I want to thank you all for your input. Please bear in mind, that if I trade with anyone in the future, I mean no disrespect, but I clean my chips. Its for your protection as well as mine. I often look at a chip, and wonder who held it, did they make it big, or was it the last dollar in their pocket. Have a good evening everyone.
