In the 1930's (Club 21) was the Pair-O-Dice Club. In 1938 Guy McAfee bought it and renamed it Club 91 (or 91 Club?). R.E. Griffith and William Moore bought the club & property from McAfee to build the Last Frontier. Because of the war, there was a shortage of building materials so the Last Frontier incorporated the Pair-O-Dice/Club 91 into their design.
BTW, you might be interested to know that, according to Fuller's Index, the Pair-O-Dice was licensed on July 4, 1931...
