When Tropicana first opened their new poker room (1996) they had it sectioned off to two areas - smoking in the main area and a non-smoking area. The non-smoking area was on a different air filtration system and positive pressure system and the doors made it so you could not tell there was smoking happening on all sides around you. Of course once they turned the whole room non-smoking they dismantled the doors between the two sections.
