Year after year they, "whomever they are" continued to say, "one day ALL the over and new building will catch up with Las Vegas". Year after Year they defied ALL the skeptics and the odds. Well, those "they", are finally correct. If you wait long enough, any opinion will be right. Kinda like a broken clock that's right twice a day.
