Prices at WAL•MART seem to be stable and the Canadians and Germans are flocking down here with fistfulls of money like there's no tomorrow... while all the major eateries are packed and there's enough Key West Pinks and Grouper to last thru the Season...

Car delerships are knocking on doors offering deals of a lifetime... while banks are screaming for money offering 13-month rates not seen in years... and Real Estate is back to reachable levels, while Mississippi-grown chickens are as plump as ever... and my Maypans are pushing out fruit like crazy... and the fungus is gone on Euphorbia Crowns... What more can anyone ask for?

Now if I can only find some pearls; nick-free and without fracture at firesale levels...
