I went to LV on my Honeymoon in 1956. I stayed at the Sands and visited all the casinos on the strip and downtown but never thought of taking a chip home.In the 60's & 70's I used to come to LV 2-3 times a year on junkets and for conventions-never took a chip home.Soon after AC legalized gambling my sons gave me a 2 night trip there.When I returned home I found that I had kept 2 $1 chips from Resorts.Upon examing them I noticed that they were different.Soon after that I found an ad for a casino chip collecting club started by Archie Black.The rest is history!
