I wanted to get some pics of the fireworks and didnt scope out the area before hand, never been to this area in Vegas. I only knew they would be shooting from the top of the garage, but I wanted to get the aliante sign in the pictures so went to the oppisite side of the building. Fireworks only lasted about 10 mins. then the doors opened. At the cage they where only giving 100.00 in chips. I went to the poker room, and then noticed the GO chips on the tables. The place was packed. What recession? It was elbow to elbow, and the place is pretty big. Unlike 95% of you guys, I dont even like casino's. In 27 years here in Las Vegas, this was the first GO I ever went to.....way too crowded for me, I got my chips, snapped a few pics and had to leave. Dealers and all where very friendly, I had to get alot of 5.00 GO chips for a friend, and at the crap talbe, eventho packed, they took the time and searched for GO chips for me. Casino is laid out very nice, taking the elevator from the parking garage, upon entering, the poker room is 50 feet away, next to that is a bar and the sports book with the food court and buffet all within a few steps. Very nice place, I'll go back soon to take some more pics
