YES, Revell is presently under construction and I have my fingers crossed it will open but at the same time I still remember Rocky Aoki when he was building the Benihana casino ( correct me if I'm wrong ) and they never got much further than a few floors of steel.
That eyesore sat there for a few years until it was finally torn down.

I'm not exactly sure at what stage Revell would become liable to start paying real estate taxes etc. so it would not come as a surprise if they halted construction.
