Yes John, I said I love my country. Yes I too served in the military while others ran to Canada. Yes I said that I voted for McCain. Yes I said that I support President Elect Obama and yes, I also said that I hope America doesn't live to regret his election.
If that offended you I'm sorry but I stand by it.
Perhaps history will prove I shouldn't have hadf any doubts, I hope so.

On the other hand, and I've said this before and perhaps for you or those that neither read this before nor understood it.

I did not buy into all the bull$hit campaign rhetoric from both sides. I did not base my choice on race. I did not base my choice on color, I did not base my choice on who stayed up all niight studying for the debates. I did not base my choice by the candidate that promise a chicken in every pot NOR, did I base my choice on who wowed everyone as the most elequent speaker.

I based MY choice on what was known fact and unfortunately Obama comes to the table with what I consider some questionable associations as many others also do.

It remains to be seen what he will accomplish. Let's talk again in a year oror four.

Right now he is our President elect and I hope he can put America back on the right track
