McCain was the child of citizens. In addition, but not necessary to the discussion, the Canal Zone was part of the US (as a territory).

Re: Obama: A plaintiff is a lawsuit has the burden of proving by a preponderance of the evidence that his assertions are true. The lawyer has a lot of questions, and expects Obama to disprove the assertion. I would be surprised if that lawsuit survives. The lawyer needs to have proof that the birth certificate is fake. The idea that Indonesia did not recognize dual citizenship is not enough, as the stepfather could have lied to get his child into school. That does not mean that Obama forfeited his U.S. citizenship. Moving away from the U.S. does not mean you cease to be a U.S. citizen. The Indonesian paperwork also has "Hawaii" on it, which may have been verification of his birthplace.

So, what is my reaction to the video? It disclaims being a conspiracy theory, but it relies on Obama, the DNC, the family, and authorities in Hawaii and Indonesia to be part of a giant lie.

By the way, one of my brothers was not born at the same hospital as me, and I can never remember which brother and which hospital!
