what you are referring to? The implication seems to be that one of the two (major) Presidential candidates failed to be favorably adjudicated for a Security Clearance. In as much that members of Congress are exempt from the standard background investigation process for being granted a Security Clearance and by default are given a SECRET level clearance, it seems to me that neither one has failed any test along this line.

Being a bit familiar with the US Government's Personnel Security Clearance process, I would be very interested in know what you are referrng to.
