United States Constitution
Article II Section 1.
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
Now I've stated this many times on this board, I'm not a lawyer (and I don’t play one on Television) but if you are NOT born in the Untied States then you might NOT be a natural born citizen. I’m sure there are some lawyers who study the constitution who would disagree (or agree) that Mr. McCain is a natural born citizen. Like you I’m showing a view that “may or may not” be correct.
