The charge is being made by Philip Berg ... a life long democrat and has been a well-known attorney for 37 years. His credentials are as a former Deputy Attorney General from the state of Pennsylvania. Chairman of his states democratic party and was a candidate for Governor of the State of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Senate. He is licensed to practice before the Federal court system including the U.S. Supreme Court.
