I think this may be from the Riverview Club in Arabi,LA??..........it's in pretty poor shape & I'm not sure what the denomination is..there is a pink 25c listed by Ed but all I can make out is a 5 in the middle of the chip??? Also I have no idea what the DCFC overstamp is. Does anyone have any info on this please.
