I don't understand why Phyllis had to go public with this. Obviously there was some miscommunication and stuff. however I responded to her email saying that I did not think she should be responsible. In an email I sent to both of Ralph and Phyllis I said she was right, and asked Ralph how he wanted to handle this. That was exactly 24 hours ago, I have not heard from Ralph or Phyllis. In the email I also asked for clarification as to when the RR started and how my address was obtained. Bill, I did leave forwarding instruction with the post office.
