I couldnt care less about the content of the posts, but if people at least used a political title and/or NCR then it would help.
It is not just a case of whether I or other moderators can be bothered to look at it, it is the perception from outside I am thinking about.
A casual passer-by could well have thought in recent times that this was a political bb and nothing to do with chips.
How exactly is that going to grow the hobby and/or encourage people to join the club?

What seems to have happened this time round is that many people have turned chip related threads into political ones. From an outsiders perspective that does not look good. Especially when it turns to the usual insults, and, the content of many of the posts is entirely false anyway. Even from here I recognise things that have been copied and pasted from various websites, mainly because I know the posters are not capable of stringing two sentences together in their own right

Nothing to do with me being a moderator, nothing to do with your political standing, and I am not referring to posts made by you either.
Fact is that the lead off post, which would only serve to goad the trolls further (and in fact tons of posts had to be deleted in a short time after that post was made), was merely another political post under a different guise.

From a personal point of view, I dont believe either candidate offers the solutions the world needs, and likewise, if there was an election here in 4 days time, I would say the same about our own. Candidates nowadays appear to be selected on the basis of who the spin doctors feel has most chance of winning an election, and nothing else.
Now what was that about lipstick and pigs?
