1. Advertise in convention program (full page) and say exactly what your question say's. We encourage all members to come to the board meeting with time a date. (don't start at 8AM when most members are asleep). Then say at the end of the meeting there will be a question and answer session, with all questions and answers recorded and printer in the next club Mag. for all members to see and hear concerns of club members and the boards answers. This will open up the interest in the club and connect the board to the members. Thank you for considering my suggestion. Let me know how you feel about my idea.
