I've bought things and paid with Paypal...and the seller sends the item. Paypal doesn't hold your funds, except if it's electronics, cell phones, or other "risky" transaction items. I know a seller wouldn't send without having funds in hand...I don't leave feedback unless I am satisfied....would anyone leave feedback before receiving an item? I DON'T THINK SO!! Just my 2 cents!
