The rules of the contest was total runs within 5 runs over/under. If it was a tie then the person who did not go over would win. I made a error above and stated the Fred did not go over and he did, but he was within 1 run run. Mike Levesque had Phillies/21 and was within 3 runs. If it would of been 23 runs then it would of been a tie and Mike would of won. Hope this makes things a bit clearer for Mike.
