It is easy to forget that people we deal with on a semi-anonymous basis may have a different age bracket, race, religion, or ethnic origin. There is a natural tendency to think everyone else who participates in a hobby is "just like me."

It is increasingly apparent, though, that we don't all share the same political leanings!
