Greg asked me to get on the Board tonight and download some of the messages. Thank you all for the wonderful support he keeps receiving. You should see the little senior ladies in their pink smocks (around here they're called Pink Ladies), delivering his e-mail--they smile and remark "Here are some more!" Greg's face sure lights up when they come in. He'd had 13 from you Chippers by 4pm today, which I've taped to his wall along with the greeting cards that are coming in.

I think I can share this with the lot of you--a humorous bit about Greg in the hospital: Because getting his catheter adjusted and all his tubes reconnected was an issue, we'd been discussing the move from ICU to the floor, when he observed "One thing about this [catheter], it sure makes it easy to go to the bathroom." This is from the guy who would drive his car to the bathroom if he could get it in the house! (I didn't want to share this in one of the e-mails to Andy and Brian, since I include Greg's mother in the same mail--thought she's a little too delicate for this).
