... or were simply an entrapment by whomever, they sure were a success in showing America that the carryings-on of McCain/Palin have brought forth some of the most highly respected Republicans to express their feelings as to the wild untruths spoken by both of them; a 2-person sideshow.
Powell virtually said to both of them: Hush up and hang your heads in shame.
The whole world saw and it did register...
Even if there wasn't any polls, it looks like the majority of voters are mostly concerned with the economy, first... and all else, second... and, they're not listening to you, I, or anyone else here... they're mostly listening to the candidates, and I'll have the highest respect for those who voted and made a choice as to who will lead our great country for the next 4 years... and I shall not be one to slam a fellow American [poster] down the road for their choice and/or opinions as some are doing here, now... nor will I ever slam our great president as many have done here with President Bush... and to engage in namecalling of fellow posters because of how they plan to vote is the bottom of the barrel, if you ask me.
A little respect for a fellow voting American is always in good order... if you get my drift.
Not a single one of us is better than the other; no matter what some believe.
