put together a proposal for the donation. We would need the right introduction and contact person. I certainly am not the most qualified to
head up this negotiation. However I'm sure there are some senior members of the club that have a little pull around LV that could act in
partnership with the BOD.

I have noticed that there are different ideas for what is the best direction for the club.
Given this... I feel we should look to what we all can agree on and make progress in those areas.

I'm going to start.... feel free to chime in... How about, (growing the clubs budget), I hope we can all agree that the club would be improved with a larger budget. Also, our budget is directly tied into our ability to serve our members and more importantly the general public. (possible new members)

In order to grow the budget, I think we need to invest in our organization. I feel we need a strategic plan to do this effectively. As a member, I'd be interested in knowing what the BOD recommends for this area of business. Does the club have a member that is a certified strategic planner that would donate services to evaluate the clubs budget potentials?

What other ares do you think we can "ALL" agree that need to be addressed?
