I read the article in my newspaper here - I was curious how, if he was telling the truth and in line with Ebay rules, how he could be facing a lawsuit. If the seller's business is affected, surely it is because he sent damaged goods - just because he replaces them doesn't, in my view seem a reason to sue, but then I'm no lawyer!
