I can only base my beliefs on what I've seen Obama do and say.
He is going to cut taxes on 95% of working families. How? 40% of Americans today don't pay income taxes. He will give that 40% of the population "tax credits". He'll have the treasury mail checks to these people, welfare checks, an unveiled redistribution of wealth.
If that weren't bad enough, he won't actually be cutting taxes from where they are today. His plan is to let the Bush tax cuts expire, then implement his own tax plan. He'll affectively raise taxes, then cut them (not to the same level as they are now) and the media will place him on a pedestal for taking care of America's working class.
Obama's plans don't stop at our borders. During his short Senate career, he was the main sponsor of the Global Poverty Act (S.2433). This act will, over the course of eight years, commit the USA (American taxpayers) to give $845 Billion to the UN to "eliminate global poverty". Almost a trillion dollars! Where is that money going to come from? It won't be from the 40% of Americans who pay no income tax. That is one huge redistribution of wealth! This act has passed both the House and the Senate under a voice vote, so those who voted for it won't have to face the heat that is sure to come when the bill's sponsor enters the Whitehouse and signs it into law. The co-sponsors of this legislation in the Senate include one Republican and eight Democrats; Richard Lugar, Joseph Biden, Maria Cantwell, Chris Dodd, Dick Durbin, Russ Feingold, Dianne Feinstein, Charles Hagel, and Robert Mendez.
