10 or so years ago on this board I suggested that the Club auction off Club memberships. At the time I said it would be cheap advertising, that many didn't know the club exists. The idea was shot down, of course. It left me disgusted. Some one may have said that new members had to be approved, or something like that. But approval could be required after the auction, and if the person was rejected (one chance in a million), the money could be refunded.

The Buy-It-Now idea is good too -- costs just 35-cents per month and is automatically renewed till canceled. The Buy-It-Now could be a multi-quantity one. Same 35-cents, and you can increase the quantities offered as the listing goes on. ... .... Don't need a club account for this -- anyone could submit the listing and pay for it -- a big 35-cents per month!
