Maybe I am missing the point of these polls but it doesn't matter that X leads Y by Z% except that it makes good television or newsprint. If Obama beats McCain by 99% in California or 1% in California he gets the same number of electoral votes (except for Nebraska and Maine). We've seen before where a candidate can be ahead in the polls and even be ahead in the popular vote and not be elected.

I don't know how often its updated but it does show an article about the Pennsylvania counts showing that its closer than it was. And the 21 votes is a huge swing.
