... as to what you all have been hashing out in converstions... not so much as to outcome or what has been decided, but simply any info that the BOD feels may perhaps prompt our membership join in on and voice their opinion(s)... Kind of asking for some input.

Just to make myself clear; I'm only suggesting our BOD kind of exhibit an effort to get membership involved should they feel they're interested in the opinion(s) of membership... kind of an open workshop on some of the not-so-private issues.
