For a while I suspected that I was losing some incoming emails. I finally figured out what happened. I do not use Microsoft Outlook for email, I use another program, but Outlook was preloaded on my PC. Microsoft Vista will not let you change the default email program easily, it wants it to be Outlook. Sometimes when I click on an email address Outlook will start up and then I have to end it and go to my email program to send the email. Here is where it gets interesting. Outlook has a default option to check for incoming emails every 10 minutes ... EVEN IF YOU ENDED THE PROGRAM. So Outlook kept on sucking up my incoming emails without my knowledge. I just found a ton of emails that I have to go through. If you did not get a response from me, now you know why. This won't happen again, I turned off the "check for email every 10 minutes" option.
