As I recall, you took a right off the interstate, then a right on the "main drag" and it was several blocks down the road. It was a convenience store with a little slots-only area, that had dollar machines with $1 tokens

I specifically remember it because the two people working in the slot area were from New Mexico.

Although I haven't done it in years, I really enjoyed visiting the small towns, and their casinos/slot areas.

I think there were four casinos in Fernley -
Truck Inn
Silverado
Pilot
Mary & Moes

At least that was all I could find at the time.
