I too had a round robin that was raped. It was supposed to be for mint/near mint chips, but people put in chips with rounded edges and in addition, took mint chips that were put in by me and upgraded by replacing with the same chip of inferior quality.

I was originally going to just have the round robin returned to me and I would fix it then send it out again. it going again. But after some thought....and seeing the condition the chips, I decided to just cancel it.

I've done round robins that went great, and a few that were to say the least disappointing. I hope yours gets better.
