I had to do some quick lookups for the Madison Square Garden. It looks like it moved a couple of times in its life. At my last project in NYC my office overlooked the Garden at 33rd and 8th. It looks like there was a time when the Garden was located where your postcard says. Now that are is a hotel and a Tmobile store.
