We think he is still around, he was allot of fun. His phone number still has a recorded message but we called about 6 months ago to Big Bill no one has returned the call. As the past president (7 years) of the Great Lakes Chapter of Chip Collectors which Big Bill was part of, I can tell you that there has been no more shows in the Detroit area. He put the show on in Chicago for 2 or 3 years, then someone else took it over and it lasted only 1 year and they had failed to put it on again since there wasn't enough money in it for them. The Chapter has since folded but we still meet un-offically every month. I have seen on this BB that there is a "Chicagoland" meeting going on but again, I know of no shows being put on.
