Good luck with that Debbie. When I started my battle about a year ago I DID have the printout from the web site. The clerk said that it didn't matter! That is when I talked to the Postmaster and she said that she didn't know anything about the RATES!! Afeter going thru two levels of customer service they finally agreed that I was right but I still have problems. I just keep the name and phone number for customer service handy and will use it whenever necessary.
