a coat of arms from the Coastguard but maybe even Air Force. My oldest brother is a LTC in the Navy and other brother is in the Air Force... To me it strictly looks like the 13th bombardment Coat of Arms, strictly WWII (1942) Do not quote me on that but learned a lot in my World War II course about planes, autombiles, and ships.... but it def. looks like a Coat of Arms.
