The format for the 2009 OTY Awards presentation has been changed. The current plan is to make the Awards presentation on the Bourse Floor on Friday. The intent of moving the Awards presentation from the Early-Bird Banquet timeframe (Wedneasday evening) is to give the OTY recipient attendees a greater view of the Convention activities, as well as saving banquet costs for 10 OTY invitees.

Given the environment of the Bourse Floor, I doubt that I will be doing my penguin attire there.
