I'm not a big fan of banquets--poor food and you really don't get to socialize with your fellow chippers. Perhaps do a small awards ceremony as part of a big trade session and move the food budget we need to spend to providing food on the show floor so Dealers and Buyers don't have to travel so far. (I know this won't be popular, but hey, it's my $0.02.)

I'd also ask for a Casino Cage within short walking distance so I can over spend my budget easier. Okay, that's a pipe dream.
