Suggest a dress code for banquet attendees. No t-shirts or sleeveless shirts for men, no stringy jeans with holes. We received a comment from a woman about how offensive some banquet attendees looked, especially shabby-looking men with hair hanging out of unkempt underarms of sleeveless shirts.
