I can help some

I know for a fact that the bottom row green, pink, black and gray were used in Davenport because I am from the Quad Cities area and used to work and play at the President often. I can also say that the lighter green on the top row 3rd chip from the left was also. We used that one in a dice tournament several years ago as well. I have never seen the top row 1st and 2nd chips in play at the Davenport Pres. Of course, this doesn't mean they weren't used but I gambled there pretty much from 1992-closing and played several BJ and dice tourneys.

I also had a brother go through a dice dealer training class there in Davenport in which I used to go to the training room and watch them all learning and that's where I managed to get one of every single older roulette and NCV chip they had on the tables there. And, of course, that doesn't mean they didn't have others stashed elsewhere, but like I said before I can say for certain the bottom row was definitely used. The pink was $5, green $25, black $100 and the gray was used to pay blackjacks as they treated it as a $2.50 chip in BJ tourneys and a $1 chip in dice tourneys.

As far as ever being used at the Pres in MO. No idea since I had never been in the casino there once. I doubt they moved their chips from Davenport to St. Louis and I would venture a guess to say they used two separate types at each place. If you want Lee, I can send you a scan of the NCV chips I personally picked from the training room in Dav. There was also a black one in the same style as the lighter green top row 3rd chip from left in use. Not sure if Greg has that one listed or not.

I hope this helps answer your question somewhat.
